The Fortune 500 gets the best tools, the best strategy, the deepest AI integration. And the plumber in Kalispell who just missed a $600 call because nobody answered? He gets a Wix template and a pat on the back.

We think that's backwards.

Local service businesses are the backbone of their communities — and they're about to face the biggest shift in how customers find, evaluate, and choose them since the internet itself. AI is rewriting search. Generative engines are replacing click-through results. And the businesses that don't adapt aren't going to get a second chance to catch up.

Full Turbo is the system that makes sure they don't have to figure it out alone.

Origin Story

One Afternoon. One Auto Mechanic. Three Hours Later, a Company.

We didn't start with a business plan. We started with a problem.

Mark was setting up a solution for a local auto mechanic — a guy who was losing after-hours calls to voicemail and losing customers to whoever picked up the phone next. That conversation turned into a question: what if we could solve this with AI? And not just the phone — everything. The website that doesn't rank. The search results that don't include you. The brand that doesn't look like it belongs in 2025.

One afternoon, that was a discussion. Three hours later, we had the first version of the site live.

We'd been building toward this for years without knowing it. We connected in 2020 over a shared love of Linux, open source, and ham radio — and spent the next few years collaborating on projects, most of which never shipped. Like Edison and the lightbulb, the ones that didn't work were just research for the one that did.

Matt MacBradaigh

Marketing & Brand Strategy

One of Matt's early jobs was selling advertising in the AT&T Yellow Pages — right as the phone book was dying. He's been helping businesses figure out what comes next ever since.

Over the past 13 years, Matt has built marketing programs across B2B tech, healthcare, cybersecurity, and AI — working agency-side, freelance, and in-house. At Gorilla Branders, he led brand strategy and content for 40+ clients, launched national brands covered in USA Today, TechCrunch, and Business Insider, and managed creative teams delivering everything from brand identity to social campaigns. As a Senior Social Media Manager at a global CX and AI technology company, he grew the company's LinkedIn audience from 238K to over 920K followers and drove 170% year-over-year engagement growth.

He lives in Bigfork, Montana — population 5,500 — where he can't walk through church without bumping into a dozen local business owners. That's not hypothetical market research. That's Sunday morning.

Mark Hufstetler

Technology & Infrastructure

Mark has been building technology infrastructure since the mid-1990s — from contract enterprise network security for Toyota and Honda to telephony systems for Nationwide Insurance, from cloud architecture to custom application development.

He's a coder, a CTO, and a serial entrepreneur. He's founded and led technology companies across networking, cloud solutions, and integrated business systems. Most recently, he served as CEO of a regional manufacturing company, running day-to-day operations for a $4M annual-revenue business. He's spent over 23 years developing integrated telephony and cloud solutions — which is exactly the foundation Full Turbo's voice and communications stack is built on.

Mark is the one who said "what if we used AI for the phone?" — and then built it that afternoon.

What We Believe

The AI Shift Is Already Here. The Only Question Is Timing.

We both dove into AI individually before Full Turbo existed — courses, subscriptions, tools, experimentation. Not because it was trendy, but because we could see what was coming.

Here's what we believe: the businesses that adopt AI-integrated search, communications, and brand systems in the next two to three years will grow and win. The ones that believe they're "just fine" probably won't be. That's not a sales pitch — it's a pattern we've seen play out in every technology shift for 25 years.

The big agencies will serve the big accounts. We're here for everyone else — the HVAC company, the plumber, the electrician, the mechanic, the contractor. The businesses where a single missed call is $500 in lost revenue. The ones whose customers are already searching with AI and getting someone else's name back.

Full Turbo is built by Alpenglow Innovations Corp. — a Montana company, Wyoming incorporated.
